Pritika Kumar is the Controller at Lund Construction, bringing extensive expertise in financial management and accounting within the construction industry. Prior to her current role, she worked in public accounting as an Assurance Manager at Moss Adams, specializing in auditing and assurance services for the construction sector. Throughout her career, Pritika has collaborated with management teams to deliver accurate and compliant financial statements while guiding clients through new accounting standards and complex transactions.

 Beyond her professional responsibilities, Pritika is passionate about giving back to the industry. As Scholarship Lead for the CFMA Sacramento Chapter, she supports educational opportunities in construction financial management. Guided by her personal philosophy, “The grass is greener where you water it,” Pritika is dedicated to fostering growth, both personally and professionally, within her field.

Degree: Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Berkeley and an Accounting Certificate from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
