Matt Tornay
Vice President
Joining the company in 2015, Matt serves as Lund’s Vice President and oversees all project coordination for both public and private projects. He brings two decades of industry and construction management experience to the Lund team and his expertise includes work on water main projects installing pipeline, residential development projects installing underground utilities and topside improvements, and major freeway reconstruction projects. He has worked on numerous notable projects including a $90 million reconstruction project of 43 lane miles of Interstate 80 in Emigrant Gap, a $21 million unique asphalt concrete placement and restructuring on the Sierra College Rocklin Interchange and several residential development underground projects ranging from $5-20 million. Most recently Matt oversaw the operations of a highly critical project with the reconstruction of the Oroville Dam break. In 2009 his project was awarded Project of the Year in the Transportation Category ($10-$50 Million) by the APWA (American Public Works Assoc.). In his off time, Matt enjoys kayaking, bird hunting and spending time with family.
