Project details

The Whitney Ranch 2J project required Lund to self-perform mass excavation of 350,000 cy, remove and replace 100,000 cy of unsuitable volcanic ash, install wet and dry utilities, set 2500LF of rock walls produced primarily of blasted onsite granite rock native to the area, and set 3600LF (7000 blocks) of Redi Rock precast block walls ranging from 4.5-11′ tall – the largest redi-rock wall in Northern California to date. By providing cost effective solutions and unsurpassed accountability, the Lund team built a good relationship with the owner and kept the job is on schedule.
